My introduction to fitness and body alignment came at a young age when I was introduced to the world of dance. After suffering a physical injury and spending some time away from exercise, I discovered Pilates and was amazed at how quickly I was able to regain my previous strength. I subsequently decided to pursue my certification. I am certified in both the System Dynamique through Sebastian Lagree and Pilates Plus, and also in Classical and Mat Pilates through master trainer Ivan Dahl. With a Pilates practice, I have seen people not only recover from injuries and correct and enhance their body alignment, but also become stronger than they imagined both physically and mentally. Through this integrative mind/ body system, you can attain your physical goals, have fun and most importantly, feel good about yourself.
