Why use a Health Coach?

Why use a Health Coach?

At Earth Healthcare we believe in utilizing a team of certified and incredibly qualified health coaches to assist our patients in determining what is wrong with them and helping them to meet their health and nutrition goals. They get to know you and your lifestyle and find ways for you to making changes that work within the context of your life. They support you in implementing the protocol that doctor is recommending for you.

What is a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor or what we like to call your "sponsor". These individuals are wellness authorities who work with our clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs. Diet and meal plans are essential to our treatment plans and are unique and tailored to the individual.

What makes our Health Coaches unique?

Our primary focus is getting you to feel good. Most people do not even know what it feels like to have their body feel optimal. Relationships, exercise, career, and lifestyle are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person. Our health coaches work under the super vision of our doctor and support you 100% of the way.

How does it work?

First you meet with our doctor, this can be done in person or on our tele-medicine platform.  After your initial visit the doctor will assign you a health coach who will design your treatment plan based on the doctors recommendations. Our health coaches meet with our patients as many times as three times a week at first, two an average of one to two times per month after that. Payment can be covered through primary health insurance or we offer membership plans.

Our health coaches use a toolbox of essential questions to dive deeper into understanding the root cause of a patient’s concerns. It’s these questions that help bring to surface the necessary information the entire medical team needs in order to curate a treatment plan.
