Yoga Therapy

Our one-on-one yoga therapy sessions usually last one hour to one and a half hours. The initial session will include a half hour consultation by our therapists to assess the constellation of symptoms and to create an individual treatment plan tailored to our clients’ physical, mental, and spiritual needs.

Ongoing treatment plans are specially formulated around the client and their personal goals. The duration can be anywhere from 6 weeks to one year or more, depending on the severity of the issue.
